Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same original outer packaging the product was supplied within.
Please quote the relevant Dampstick order number with any correspondence to help ensure your query is dealt with in a timely manner; e.g D123456
Refunds
Upon receipt of your item, we will notify you that the product has been received and then proceed to carry out an inspection. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund by the same method as your original payment. You will receive the credit promptly within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
It is your responsibility to return the shipped goods at a cost to yourself. Once the item inspection is complete and if the reason for return is proved to be due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), the return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
